if it is possible to see an upside down rainbow because of ice crystals and a normal one because of rain, in a cold, light rain with the presence of ice crystals would you see a line?

interesting, so basically an upside down rainbow is caused from a hail storm.
shouldn’t it be called like a hailbow or something due to the whole rainbow caused from a rain storm
